1) Place Your Order
Order directly from our website. Once the order has processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Contact us for custom color or flower questions, allowing one week's notice for specific requests.

2) Order Processing
It's time to prepare your flower order! Our team will reach out to you on the scheduled pickup or delivery day. Depending on availability, we may be able to fulfill same-day requests for an additional $15 fee. Please contact us directly to inquire about same-day availability.

3) Fulfillment
We will notify you when your flowers are ready for pickup or have been delivered. Time to enjoy the beauty!
