Do you have a storefront?

We do not operate a traditional storefront. Our operations are based out of our barn studio, where we welcome pickups by appointment only.

When will my order be delivered?

For specific delivery day requests, please provide your preferences on the product page. We typically offer delivery dates within 1-2 days.

Depending on availability, we may be able to fulfill same-day requests for an additional $10 charge. Please contact us directly to inquire about same-day availability.

For multiple items or specific color requests, we appreciate at least one week's notice. Please be aware that we do not deliver on Sundays.

Do you offer same-day fulfillment?

Depending on availability, we may be able to fulfill same-day requests for an additional $10 fee. This results in a total expedited delivery fee of $25 or an expedited pickup fee of $10. Please contact us directly to inquire about same-day availability.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer an 8-mile delivery radius from our Hingham floral studio.

How do I arrange delivery for my subscription?

To arrange delivery for your subscription, please proceed to checkout and select 'Pickup' as your option. Following your purchase, kindly call or text us to coordinate weekly delivery. Upon contact, we'll provide you with a personalized delivery payment link tailored to your location and subscription.

Where do I pick up my flowers?

Pickup Location: 452 Main Street, Hingham, MA
Pickup Instructions: Your flowers will be available for pickup in the red barn fridge. Please enter the barn through the right side entrance. Your flowers will be stored in the white fridge and labeled with your name at the designated pickup time you've indicated.

Do you take custom color and flower requests?

Yes, we gladly accept most custom color palette and flower requests with at least one week's notice.

How are your flowers sourced?

We cultivate specialty and uncommon flowers at Berkin Farms in Hingham from April through frost. Additionally, we collaborate with other local MA growers to offer our customers the most beautiful florals. We complement our farmed flowers with Boston market finds, providing our customers with the finest florals year-round!

What are your sustainability initiatives?

We are committed to integrating sustainable practices into our small business operations. Here are some of our ongoing sustainability initiatives:

  1. Foam-Free Website Orders: We take pride in ensuring that all our website orders are floral foam-free. Instead, we utilize sustainable and safe alternatives to traditional floristry practices.
  2. Sustainable Paper Packaging: To minimize our ecological footprint, we use sustainable paper packaging for bouquet wraps and vase orders.
  3. On-Site Rain Collection Systems: To conserve water both on the farm and in our floristry orders, we have implemented on-site rain collection systems.
  4. Regenerative Farming: Our commitment to sustainability extends to our farming practices. We employ regenerative, low-till methods to nurture the soil microbiome and enhance biodiversity.
  5. Earthworm Composting: We use earthworms and multi-bin systems to create compost, further enhancing our sustainable farming practices.

How do I care for my flowers?

Vase Arrangements:

  • Check the vase's water level every 1-2 days, refilling with lukewarm water when needed.

Bouquets:

  1. Pour lukewarm water into a clean vase
  2. To make flowers last longer, mix in premade flower food, a dash of sugar, or try a DIY flower food mix!
  3. Unwrap flowers & remove rubber band from stems
  4. Place in water
  5. Trim stems & change water every 2-3 days, keeping out of direct sunlight
  6. Enjoy!

Returns

What is your return policy?

Flowers are living gifts, and sometimes unforeseen events can occur. If your arrangement expires within the first 48 hours of fulfillment, text or email us a photo and we will design a new arrangement. We cannot promise the same color palette as our designs change frequently.
